I'm a seasoned UX Designer with over 9 years of experience and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences that bridge the gap between technical complexity and user delight. With my diverse background in various design roles, I try to bring a unique blend of creativity, technical acumen, and strategic insight to every project I undertake.

My Professional Journey

My journey began in 2013 as a graphic design intern at We Are William, where I honed my skills in branding, advertisement, and UI/UX design. From there, I continued to grow and innovate, earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication with Emphases in Graphic & Interactive Design before transitioning through roles such as Email Developer at Deckers Brands and Lead Visual/UX Designer at nu.world, where I played pivotal roles in enhancing brand identity and advocating for user-centric design principles.

In 2016, I joined Scientific Technologies Corporation (STC) initially as a Design Specialist but was soon promoted to a senior role after leading design efforts for a comprehensive health analytics product suite. My contributions were instrumental in shaping consumer-facing mobile applications that revolutionized the way families and healthcare providers interact with immunization records.

I then set out as a freelance graphic artist and worked with Trenchless Marketing as a Front-End Developer where I further enriched my skill set, allowing me to design and develop websites, logos, and print materials while fostering direct client engagement to drive customer satisfaction.

Later, at Northwest Media Collective, I ensured that clients' websites not only met industry standards but also resonated with their target audience. This involved crafting intuitive user interfaces, illustrations, and spear-heading a progressive web application solution that provided a cost-effective alternative for the client.

During my most recent role as a UX Design Analyst at Daimler Truck North America, I integrated user feedback to craft nearly 100 user-acclaimed features for vocational truck engineering software. Through the construction of user flow diagrams and journey mapping, I frequently transformed complex technical requirements into delightful user experiences.
